Oh Canada

Ben and I made our first international trip last weekend (with our parents of course). We went to Winnipeg (that's in Canada). It kind of took us a long time to get there, but it was worth it. We went to the zoo, the Children's Museum, and the Manitoba Museum (that's what Canadians call the Museum of Natural History). We also got to go swimming in the hotel. It was a pretty fun time.

Mommy's Helpers

Ben and I REALLY like to help our mom do stuff, and she REALLY likes to take pictures of us helping her. Ben likes to help with EVERYTHING, but I only like to do the fun stuff like raking and weed waking (a.k.a. using the hose).

Pumpkin Patch

Last Saturday, my family and I went to a pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins. While we were there, Ben and I got to ride a pony. We also got to play in a tire filled with corn, run through a corn maze, and take a horse drawn carriage. It was all pretty fun. Before we left, we picked out three pumpkins. Mommy and daddy are going to carve some freaky stuff into theirs, but I'm just going to eat mine.

Finger Painting

It rained all day yesterday. I thought that it would be a good idea to put on my rain gear and play outside, but mommy said that it was too cold. We decided to do crafts instead. Ben and I LOVE doing crafts. Our favorites are finger painting and making things with glue and glitter. As soon as mommy gets the scanner hooked up, I'll post some of our art work.
