Taking Daddy to the Airport

It's been kind of crazy around here lately. Yesterday, we dropped daddy off at the airport. He had to go to a conference in St. Louis. I was really sad that he was leaving, but mommy said that he'd be back in a couple of days. We decided that going to the zoo would make us feel a little bit better. Since it was already 4:00, mommy said that we wouldn't be able to stay very long. We ended up staying until 5:30 (the zoo closes at 5:00) and never even went through the gates! My girlfriend, Nikki, was "working" in front so we just hung out with her. I gathered sticks and leaves for her and then she let me pick flowers. Eventually, my other girlfriend, Shana, showed up. We all had a pretty fun time. I fell asleep on the way home and didn't wake up until this morning!
